About the Client
Hey Modern Mom started as a Facebook group led by Melissa Hale — a mom sharing deals she found online. The group grew to over 278,000 members, creating a massive community hungry for curated deals from Amazon, JCPenney, Lululemon, and more.
The Challenge
As the community scaled, sharing deals through Facebook posts became inefficient. Partnering with the Amazon Associates Program also required a proper web presence. They needed a platform to publish deal articles and a mobile app to reach users wherever they are.

We built a full-stack web and mobile solution featuring:
- A custom backend CMS letting staff publish deals and blog articles without code
- Site-wide keyword search so users can find specific deals instantly
- A mobile app sharing the same content as the website for a unified cross-platform experience
