How quickly will you respond after I submit this form?
Within one business day. Most inquiries get a personal reply the same business day, often within a few hours. We do not route you through a sales rep or chatbot — a senior team member reads your message and writes back.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The first call (typically 30 minutes) is a no-commitment discovery conversation. We use it to understand the problem, scope, timing, and budget so we can tell you honestly whether we are the right partner. There is no obligation to continue, and we will point you elsewhere if a different firm is a better fit.
What happens after I send the form?
We reply within one business day to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call. After that call you receive a written summary covering the proposed approach, an estimated timeline, a price range, and the key risks. You decide from there.
Do I need a finished spec before reaching out?
No. Most clients come to us with a rough idea — a problem to solve, a workflow to digitize, a feature to add, or just an AI question. Part of our job in discovery is helping you turn that into a clear scope. A bullet list and any screenshots or related links are plenty.
Do you work with clients outside Lafayette, Louisiana?
Yes. We are based in Lafayette and serve clients across Louisiana and the United States remotely. Our delivery process is built for distributed teams — weekly demos, shared planning docs, async updates — so location does not affect quality of the engagement.
