Integrated Business
Systems

Stop managing platforms that don't talk to each other. We unify your CRM, billing, operations, and customer-facing tools into one connected system, so your data flows and your team isn't copy-pasting between tabs.

What we build

One connected system instead of a stack of silos

Every disconnected tool is a source of delay, error, and duplicated effort. We map your existing systems, identify the gaps, and build the integrations (or the custom middleware) that make everything work as one.

Whether you're running on a modern SaaS stack or dealing with legacy software that predates the cloud, we find the path forward without forcing a wholesale replacement.

CRM & ERP Integration

Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP, and custom CRMs to your billing, fulfillment, and reporting systems.

Third-Party API Connections

Bidirectional integrations with any platform that has an API: payment processors, shipping carriers, accounting software, and more.

Data Pipelines & Reporting

Centralized data warehouses, automated ETL pipelines, and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view across all systems.

Legacy System Modernization

Extend the life of core legacy systems by wrapping them in modern APIs, so you can add new integrations without a risky full replacement.

Integration questions

What operations teams ask before connecting systems

Can you connect our CRM, billing, and fulfillment without replacing them?

Yes. That is the core of this practice. We build the integration layer that moves data reliably between the systems you already run, so each department keeps the tool that works for them and the double-entry stops.

Our most important system is 15+ years old. Can you work with it?

Almost certainly. Legacy modernization is a specialty. We have connected modern REST APIs, done database-direct integrations, and built file-based exchanges with systems that predate APIs entirely. We modernize incrementally, without ripping everything out.

How do you keep an integration from silently breaking?

Monitoring and observability are part of every integration we ship. Failed syncs alert someone, retries are automatic, and data discrepancies surface in a dashboard instead of in a customer complaint six weeks later.

What does a typical integration project look like?

A short discovery phase to map your systems and data flows, then an incremental build with weekly demos. We start with the highest-value connection first. Most first integrations are live within 6 to 12 weeks, and later phases add connections without disrupting what is already running.

Can integrations feed reporting and dashboards?

Yes. Once systems are connected, we can build data pipelines and reporting on top: one source of truth for operations, finance, and leadership instead of four conflicting spreadsheets.

Ready to connect your stack?

Describe your current systems and where the friction is. We'll map out a practical integration plan that doesn't require ripping everything out and starting over.
