Six problems we solve for our clients.
Every discovery call we take tends to be one of a small number of problems in disguise. Here are the ones we see most often, the shape of what we actually built to fix each one, and the real engagement where we did it.
"Our online orders and our in-store commerce live in two different systems."
Online orders arrive in one dashboard. The POS runs in another. Inventory lives somewhere else. Somebody reconciles the three by hand at end of day, and the delivery experience your customers see is a messy handoff between tabs.
What we build: a system where the online channel and the POS behave like one platform. Orders arrive in the merchant's existing register. Inventory, fees, and settlement all flow through one source of truth. The operator does not have to learn a second tool. The customer gets a modern experience that behaves consistently.
"The team that built our software walked away. We just need someone to keep it alive."
Maybe the original developers moved on. Maybe the vendor stopped answering emails. Either way, your system is now a hostage situation. Every small change is a battle, and the next platform update (Apple review, OS release, framework deprecation) is a cliff you cannot see over.
What we build: we take an honest look at the stack. Sometimes we keep it alive. More often we propose a replacement that fixes the shape of the problem, not just the next symptom, and we do it without ripping out the hardware or data that is still working. Weekly demos, incremental rollout, no cliff-dive migration.
"We need a mobile app on iOS and Android, but we cannot afford to build it twice."
Native iOS plus native Android means two codebases, two teams, two release pipelines, two sets of bugs. For most businesses the math never adds up, and the long-term maintenance cost is where projects go to die.
What we build: one React Native codebase that ships to both app stores with native performance for the ~90 percent of apps that do not need platform-specific hardware tricks. When the ~10 percent is you, we tell you honestly and build native.
"Our subscription stack costs more every year, and the tools still do not fit how we actually work."
Per-seat pricing scales with headcount. Each SaaS tool solves 80 percent of a problem, and your team does the other 20 percent in a spreadsheet. The subscription line on the P&L keeps climbing, and the integrations between tools either do not exist or are held together by someone's VLOOKUP.
What we build: a custom web application that collapses the shared workflow onto one platform you own. We do not try to replace every SaaS tool you use; we identify the overlapping ones that cost real money together and consolidate those. Payback is usually 12 to 36 months, measurable from day one.

"Our AI prototype worked beautifully in a demo. We cannot get it to ship to production."
The demo ran in a single tab on a developer's laptop, under conditions you will never see again. Real users paste in whatever is on their clipboard. Nobody is reading outputs before they go to a customer. The gap between demo and production is almost never the model; it is evals, guardrails, observability, and clean integration into the systems your business actually runs.
What we build: production-grade AI with the four things a demo skips: an automated eval suite built on your real cases, input and output validators that fail safely, per-request traces so you can debug Tuesday's weird output on Friday, and integration that lands the AI inside the tool your team is already in.

"Our CRM, billing, and fulfillment do not talk to each other. Someone is copying data between them every day."
Every record that lives in two systems eventually disagrees with itself. The reconciliation hour becomes a reconciliation afternoon, then a full day a week. Mis-invoiced orders, missed renewals, and inventory numbers nobody trusts quietly cost more than another developer would.
What we build: an integration layer between the systems you keep, so the same customer, order, and dollar are the same across all of them. We do not replace tools that are working. We build the pipes that make them behave like one.

Discovery, prototype, production.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call. If the problem fits our shop, we write a short discovery that names the specific failure mode, the system boundary, and the success criteria. Then we build a proof-of-concept against your real data in two to six weeks. If the proof clears the bar, we go to production. If it does not, we tell you honestly, and that is a legitimate outcome, not a failure.
Weekly demos. Senior-only team, no junior hand-offs. First production releases typically land in 8 to 16 weeks. VOSB certified for federal and Louisiana set-aside contracting where applicable.
Tell us what is slowing you down.
Most discovery calls start with a problem that does not match any of the six above cleanly. That is fine. Describe the pain in your own words and we will tell you honestly whether it is one of these, something adjacent, or outside what we are good at.
